The General Council of Industrial Technical Engineering, in view of the treatment given to the teaching of Technology in the Preliminary Draft Organic Law for the Improvement of Educational Quality (LOMCE) presented by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports the past September 2012, it is seen with the need to manifest the following manifesto
