DAY OF THE ENERGY CERTIFICATION IN TARRAGONA

As of June 1, it will be compulsory to make available to buyers or tenants of buildings or part thereof, as well as for rents over four months, a certificate of energy efficiency, to comply with the Royal Decree 235/2013, of April 5, (transposition of Directive 2010/31 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 of May of 2010 regarding the energetic efficiency of the buildings).

With this certification, information on the degree of energy efficiency of the home will be obtained, and at the same time, the improvements that are necessary to be carried out by the user to increase efficiency, including a Study of the amortization of these according to the reduction of energy consumption.

The Professional Colleges promote the application of the regulations on the certification of energy efficiency of buildings to give quality, guarantees and security to society through:

• The provision of services with added value to consumers and users who need the energy efficiency certificate to buy / sell or rent their buildings, premises or houses.
• The trust and prestige that a public-law entity gives to citizens who need to hire a professional with guarantees and without intermediaries.
• The provision of computer technologies that allow the client the freedom to hire the services of a professional in the most efficient, fast and secure way.

With this seminar, we want to raise awareness among the society of the need to find the best professional that can provide the most qualified advice and the most appropriate vision to have a quality energy certificate, with guarantees and security.
