The National Agency for Evaluation of Quality and Accreditation (ANECA) designated a subcommittee responsible for issuing a report that aimed to study the correspondence of the ETI degree with the levels of the Spanish Framework for Higher Education Qualifications (MECES). after the approval of the Council of Ministers of RD 967/2014 of November 21, which establishes the procedure to determine the correspondence to the levels of MECES of the official titles of Architect, Engineer, Graduate, Technical Architect, Engineer Technician and Diploma.
The proposal for this report, which was presented to ANECA on March 27, has been prepared in a manner agreed by the subcommittee, where COGITI is a member, represented by its president, José Antonio Galdón, Other members, one of them selected by ANECA, Alfredo Ortiz Fernández (Industrial Technical Engineer, Industrial Engineer and Doctor by the University of Cantabria), and another by the Conference of Directors of Engineering Schools of industrial field, José López López (Graduate in Physics for the Universistat of Barcelona and Doctor in Physical Sciences for the Polytechnic University of Catalonia).
