Article 1
1.1 The conditions of this call are those established by Resolution PTO / 641/2004, of March 11
(DOGC No. 4096, of 22.3.2004), except for the deadline for submission of applications for
Compete with the evidence and payment of the fee, which are established in the following section.
1.2 Applications to attend tests must be submitted from October 1 to October 11, 2018. The last
day for the payment of the fee is October 15, 2018.
Article 2
The dates and place of the tests will be determined by resolution of the General Direction of
Transport and Mobility and will be published at the DOGC.
Article 3
Determine the composition of the qualifying court of the above-mentioned tests, which is published in annex 2
of this Resolution.

following amounts:
Coordinator: 31.25 euros / hour.

Article 4
Requests for examination review must be submitted in writing within one month from the date and publication of the results, by any of the means provided for in Law 39/2015, of 1 December, October, of the administrative administrative rupture of the public administrations, and they must be addressed to the president of the court.

Annex 1
Rules for the performance of the tests
Applicants must be provided with a personal identification document (DNI, passport or driver's license) and the corresponding copy of the payment letter duly validated by CaixaBank or BBVA.
The tests to obtain the certificate will last for two hours and the tests for the renewal of the certificate will last for an hour.
During the development of the tests, the candidates will not be able to use the mobile phone, even in their function of calculator, or other electronic devices, except calculators.
For the completion of the second year, consisting in the resolution of a practical case about the tasks and obligations that the security counselor must perform or fulfilling, the candidates will only be able to use the text of the European Agreement on the international transport of Dangerous goods by road / rail (ADR / RID), reproduced or edited, or other legal texts, without containing any additional annotations. In any case, the qualifying court has the power to prevent the use of texts that are not considered appropriate for the correct development of the tests.
The tests will be referred to the ADR 2017.

The composition of the court qualifying for the tests will be as follows:
