As of March 19, 2019, the procedure for amendments is in order to make modifications to the certificates presented in the registry of energy efficiency certificates of Catalonia.
This procedure must be used whenever a certificate has been registered, which has been paid correctly, but a mistake has been detected in the administrative or technical data , which in no case entail a change of the amount in the rate.
The application must be made with a digital signature to validate the identification of the applicant who can be the certification technician, the owner of the building or the representative.
