Registration and change of ownership of certain vehicles during the period of validity of the alarm status

We inform you of the publication in the Official Gazette of the State today, Friday, April 3, 2020, of the Order INT / 317/2020, of April 2, by which the Real Decree 463/2020 is developed , of March 14, declaring the alarm status for the management of the health crisis situation caused by the COVID-19, regarding the registration and change of ownership of certain vehicles.
