Enginyers Tarragona presents its new digital project "Book of incidences"

On January 23, the presentation of the new Digital Book of Incidences, an online tool that will replace the physical book following the directives of the Generalitat and RD 1627/1997, was carried out

The tool depends on the geolocation and the radius of action defined by the Health and Safety Coordinator to prevent improper access to the book. The Digital Book also allows:

• Manage builders and contractors
• Attach documents to the book
• Attach documents and images to each record
• Send to sign the minutes
• Print the book in pdf format
• Import builders into the platform from excel format
• Handwritten signature, no digital certificate required.

The book will be available to all members from February 3, at the same price as the physical books.
